DELIVERY & RETURNS

We want every order to arrive smoothly and exactly as expected. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, payments, returns, and refunds.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.

During collection launches, promotional periods, and holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150 USD.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express delivery is available for eligible destinations and can be selected during checkout.

For international orders, estimated delivery is generally 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing and the destination country.

Available shipping rates and estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

If your package appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to assist.

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We do not store your full credit or debit card information.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency where available. Taxes, duties, and other applicable charges will be shown at checkout or collected according to the regulations of your destination country.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Shoes and accessories should also be returned with their original packaging where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, earrings, beauty products, and other personal items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process it.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need another size or color? Where available, you can request an exchange through our returns process. If your preferred item is no longer available, we’ll issue a refund so you can place a new order.
